1. General Shipping & Returns

We do everything we can to ensure that you can continue to shop online with us 24/7 for all your favourite items. Sometimes our delivery services are very busy due to stricter procedures for the safety of the deliverers and yours. As a result, your order can be delivered later than you are used to. In addition to delivery, it may also be possible that returns are delayed. We work hard to process all returns as quickly as possible. 2. Orders

You have already added your chosen items to your Shopping Cart and now you want to order. There are only 5 steps to complete your order.

1. Shopping Cart. On the top right you can see how many items are in your Shopping Cart. Click on the Shopping Cart icon to go to your shopping basket. Here you will find an overview of your order. In this overview you still have the possibility to remove items and adjust the number of items.

2. Your details. If you want to buy the products in your shopping cart, you can go to ‘Checkout’. You will be given the choice to log in or continue without an account. It is not necessary to have an account to place an order. If you create an account, you do not have to fill in your details every time you place an order and you will receive exclusive Cosmediene benefits.

3. Shipping. You can now select your preferred delivery method for your order to be delivered at home.

4. Checking. You can check your order and you also have the possibility to adjust your order. When your order details and delivery information are correct, you can proceed.

5. Payment. Choose your payment method and complete the order. After the payment has been completed you will receive an order confirmation by email.

3. Shipping & Fees

If you order before 6 pm, you will receive your order the next day in the Netherlands. Delivery is not possible on Sundays and public holidays.

1. Netherlands - Standard fee is €3.95. Free shipping for orders above €30.
2. Belgium - Standard fee is €3.95. Free shipping for orders above €30.
3. France - Standard fee is €6.95. Free shipping for orders above €50.
4. Germany - Standard fee is €3.95. Free shipping for orders above €30.
5. Italy - Standard fee is €6.95. Free shipping for orders above €50.
6. Spain - Standard fee is €6.95. Free shipping for orders above €50.
7. United Kingdom - Standard fee is €8.95. Free shipping for orders above €75.
8. Other EU - Standard fee is €12.95.
9. Outside EU - Standard fee is €19.95.

4. Return & Exchanges

Within 30 days of receiving your order, you can change your mind and let us know that you wish to return the item. When returning the item(s), it must be unused and in good condition. Follow the steps below to return your order:

1. Go to our return portal ( and fill in your post code and your Order number or Track & Trace number. You can find the Order number and the Track & Trace number in the Track & Trace email sent by us to your given email address.

2. After this, you can select the reason of return. In case you do not find a suitable return reason, you can select “Other” and type your reason in the message field that will appear.

3. After you have specified which items to return, you can choose a refund method: o Money back: you will be refunded the cost of the items returned. In case the entire order has been returned, the shipping costs will be refunded as well. o Store credit: Store credit allows you to order something else from the Cosmédiene store, without receiving cashback. You will receive a discount code with the respective amount.

4. After this, you can select the drop-off point near you. Depending on the carriers and method available, you can return your parcel by dropping it off at a service point or through the national postal service.

5. In the following step of creating your return, a summary of the procedure is displayed. In this screen, you can edit your choices and details. When the summary is confirmed, your return is created!

6. Now you can download and print the shipping label. If you can’t print or download the label immediately, the label is sent to your email address so you can do this later.
